Growing up in Austin, Rachel spent time mastering water sports and cheering on the Longhorns! After moving to Houston for a few years, Rachel couldn’t wait to return to Austin for college. With a passion for sports and fitness, Rachel knew she wanted to find a way to stay active during her college years. Over 4 years ago Rachel attended her first Fight Club class, fell in love with the energy of the gym, and knew right then that she wanted to eventually lead classes. She loves to incorporate lots of core, arm, and booty-toning exercises in all of her workouts, making sure that clients leave feeling accomplished and stronger than they did when they walked in. When she’s not teaching, Rachel spends her time boating on the lake, eating Mexican food, or taking classes at FC.
