Laura is a South Florida native but moved to Texas as soon as she could. Maintaining an active lifestyle has always been an integral part of Laura’s life from Zumba to yoga and eventually, kickboxing. The tight-knit community and challenging workouts are what kept her coming back to Fight Club for four years before becoming a trainer. When she’s not making you sweat at Fight Club, you can find Laura taking pictures of her food while exploring Austin’s best restaurants.
