Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Kate grew up trying every sport imaginable but fell in love with the water. As a lifelong competitive swimmer, her passion for fitness transferred to the land when she discovered running and her passion for it! She loves to incorporate high-intensity cardio and strength exercises for a well-rounded, kick butt workout that will make you leave dripping in sweat and with a smile on your face. In her free time, Kate loves running around town lake, paddle boarding, watching classic 80s movies, and indulging in some Tex-Mex!
