Punch and kick your way through our cardio-intensive kickboxing class!

Classes are for any level of kickboxing ability - you don't have to be a vet to join in. Our relentless trainers will lead you through a 60 minute group workout, emphasizing proper form and technique while incorporating cardio, strength, and kickboxing elements. Each class is different, and no two instructors have the same routine. Bring your game face for this fast-paced, high-energy, fat-shredding workout!

Fight Club

Our traditional one-hour, HIIT (high intensity interval training) kickboxing class. This circuit workout will incorporate kickboxing elements as well as standard cardio and core exercises. Each class is unique!

Power 45

A 45-minute, action-packed class for early birds, or those who want a fun, efficient workout before they start their day.

FC Elite

FC Elite is our new hour-long, cardio and abs-intensive class. This station based workout emphasizes technique with the heavy-bag, speed-bag, and kick-bag while also dramatically strengthening your core. Faster paced than our regular FC class, and with reduced transition times, these classes will be capped at 24 clients. Sign up early if you're up for the challenge!

Tabata - Cardio Blast

With an emphasis on cardio, these one-hour classes incorporate the same cardio and kickboxing elements of our typical tabata classes. Four minute stations incorporate 20 seconds of high-intensity training followed by 10 seconds of rest, which will boost your metabolism and your heart rate in no time!

Strength & Toning

These one-hour classes incorporate the same cardio and kickboxing elements of our typical classes, but does so with more emphasis placed on muscle toning and strength building.

Wednesday - Hump Day

These one-hour classes incorporate the same cardio and kickboxing elements of our typical classes, but does so with an extra emphasis placed on strengthening legs and butt.

FC Restore

FC Restore is a 45 minute class that will restore your body for the week ahead! With beginner's yoga and stretching designed for athletes, we will focus on breath and movement in order to recover from intense workouts, allowing you to safely maximize your future workouts. Ditch the heavy bag for an hour and come nourish both your body and mind! FC Restore will be capped at 24 clients.

FC Impact

By far our most technical class, FC Impact is for those looking for more hands-on instruction regarding proper punching and kicking technique. This class is capped at 24 clients, so clients will receive more personal instruction and attention. If you are looking to take your boxing skills to the next level, check this class out!
