A 45-minute, action-packed class for early birds, or those who want a fun, efficient workout before they start their day.
Our traditional one-hour, HIIT (high intensity interval training) kickboxing class. This circuit workout will incorporate kickboxing elements as well as standard cardio and core exercises. Each class is unique!
These one-hour classes incorporate the same cardio and kickboxing elements of our typical classes, but does so in a unique format. These four minute stations emphasize 20 seconds of intense training followed by 10 seconds of rest, which will boost your metabolism and your heart rate in no time!
Our late-night class keeps the same format as our traditional Fight Club classes but blends in colorful disco lights. It’s a workout that feels more like a party!
By far our most technical class, for those looking for more hands-on instruction regarding proper punching and kicking technique. Capped at 20 clients and consisting of two trainers, clients will receive more personal instruction and attention.
